L-Vis 1990

L-Vis 1990 makes some sweet songs. He also looks like he belongs in high fashion.

I think this one is stronger compositionally and conceptually than the Big Boi piece, though I think they're both pretty effective. I see some Kent Williams in this (but then again, for me it's hard not to see him in any figure drawn with precise, angular lines).

One thing I'm noticing is that you have these sort of week corners. I know someone mentioned something about the large circle in the previous piece, and I'm sort of feeling like the lower left corner in this one isn't completely activated, either. I wish there was some black/dark object coming in from that side to keep the viewer in the frame. But maybe that's just me over-thinking it. I mean, it's beautiful, so whatever.

Nick is very accurate = this is balluh. I love the layering in this image, as well as the drawing. You should keep developing this technique, because it really does move. It wouldn't hurt to see some of those day-glo patterns you use to quietly flow into this piece, so as not to over-complicate it. His music has some definite voguing/club beats in there, and it would be neat to see that in the pattern.
